The Midwest’s most anticipated black-tie fundraising event invites guests to slow down and come out of their shells for a giant party. It’s a celebration splashed with style and sophistication, Zoobilation 2025: Giant Shellabration presented by Citizens Energy Group. Tickets for the Indianapolis Zoo’s largest annual fundraising event go on sale at 9am Tuesday, Feb. 4, on the Zoo’s website, and they will sell out fast. The event takes place at the Indianapolis Zoo on Friday, June 13, beginning at 5:30pm with the Premium Experience presented by Ice Miller LLP followed by General Admission from 7pm to midnight. The Zoo will be closed to the public that day in preparation for another unforgettable evening.
This year, the Indianapolis Zoo will debut the new Giant Tortoise exhibit on Memorial Day weekend. Serving as the inspiration for this year’s theme, Zoobilation attendees will have the opportunity to come face-to-face with one of the world’s largest tortoise species, Aldabra tortoises.
Zoobilation guests will sample the finest culinary creations from Central Indiana’s most popular restaurants, all vying for Zoobilation’s coveted people’s choice and blue-ribbon award. Plus, the attendees will sip cocktails, fine wines and other drinks, with beverages presented by Republic National Distributing Company served at 15 bars – all set amid the Indianapolis Zoo’s amazing animals and exhibits! As the sun sets, attendees can dance the night away to live music presented by Bose McKinney & Evans LLP. Additionally, Premium Experience guests will enjoy priority parking and access to the air-conditioned Tortoise Tavern in the Ascension St. Vincent Dolphin Pavilion.
The Midwest’s largest black-tie event is truly a party with a purpose, providing for the care of the Zoo’s more than 1,400 animals and 48,000 plant species while supporting the Zoo’s animal conservation mission.
All Zoobilation guests must be 21 and older. General admission tickets are $275 for Zoo members (limit four) and $300 for nonmembers (limit four). Premium Experience tickets are $575 for members (limit four) and $600 for nonmembers (limit four). All tickets are nonrefundable.
